Some Module Releases by alurcard
Posted on Saturday 14 August 2010 - 10:51:17 by Andymon
Quoted from his LS Progress Posting:
Clickonic 1.1.5

I felt like it was about time to release this. There are a few more features and Vista/7 fixes on the way, but they will take a while. Anyways, here's the changelog:

FIXED: .ini corruption when file names started with a [
FIXED: Uninitialized variable which broke keybindings
FIXED: (group)CurrentFolder didn't have quotes around it when it contains spaces
FIXED: !ClickonicSetMonitor wasn't working properly
ADDED: (group)ShortcutMode
ADDED: (group)TextPasteFormat
FIXED: Issue with the highlighting of cut files.
ADDED: Support for saving the folder location (group)PersistantFolderLocation
FIXED: Issue with hackish vista code effecting pre-vista systems.
ADDED: (group)SingleClick and !ClickonicSingleClick
ADDED: (group)IconSize and !ClickonicSetIconSize
FIXED: Shouldn't need visual c runtimes anymore (this problem was reintroduced at some point)
CHANGED: Removed the limit on the number of monitors.

MultiMonitor-1.1

I updated MultiMonitor. Here's the changelog:
- Removed the PrimaryMonitor evar. The primary monitor is now always #1.
- Added OnPrimaryMonitorChanged.

Module Links are on the left side of this page or here

There's still someone alive

jDesk-0.75 released by alurcard2
Posted on Thursday 04 February 2010 - 17:02:00 by Andymon
Just in case someone missed his news comment:
Alrighty, I've added a timer to jDesk that checks if the wallpaper has changed every second or so, and updates the background if it has.

You wont get the nice fade in effect that explorer has (at least not yet), but at least it changes

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/51925/LiteStep/jDesk-0.75.zip
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/51925/LiteStep/jDesk-0.75-src.zip

I should probably mention that this will NOT work with Clickonic, icondesk, xdesktop, or any other module of the sort. All of those modules will need to be updated as well.

I know it's a little bit buggy (the wallpaper may seem to change almost instantly sometimes), and there's no command to switch to the next wallpaper (yet), but, meh... that's just the way beta versions are.

LS-Universe Relaunch!
Posted on Wednesday 30 September 2009 - 17:10:48 by Andymon
Ok, we're back online on 01.10.09.

Due to (many different) community hosting offers we're back online. I was in contact with THC4K from ls-themes.org before the unexpected shutdown and he agreed that he can probably host LS-U when something bad happens. Shortly after the shutdown we have started to restore LS-U.

Thank You - LS-Themes.org!
And another Thank You to all others who offered hosting/domains after the shutdown!

Atm, you can reach LS-Universe under
http://ls-universe.ls-themes.org
and xDocs under
http://xdocs.ls-universe.ls-themes.org

Our separate Themes@LS-U site won't come back, there wasn't enough content and the backup is way too old. ls-themes.org has a better themes area anyway.

And modules.ls-universe.info won't come back, but you can still use the other available NetLoadModule repositories.
  1. *NetLoadModuleSite      "http://www.ls-themes.org/modules/download/"
  2. *NetLoadModuleSite      "http://modules.shellfront.org/"
or
  1. *NetLoadModuleSite      "http://www.ls-universe.ls-themes.org/modules/"

At LS-U all new content (users, forumposts, news, ...) since 06.09.09 are lost, about 2-3 weeks before the shutdown. Some parts are still missing, some parts will come later and probably some links won't work right away (because i have used the full url with ls-universe.info). In case someone finds such a broken link just replace "ls-universe.info" with "ls-universe.ls-themes.org" and it will probably work again.

xDocs is fully restored except for the registered users data, so if someone wants to work on xDocs he must register again.

Otherwise report broken things at LS-U and i will fix it asap.

Spread the word about the new relaunch
